If you are in Austin, Texas the Fado Irish Pub at 214 W. 4th Street. They broadcast the Tri-Nations, the Six-Nations and English Premier League football. There is usually a $20 cover for live matches, as they buy the satellite feed.

Afternoon games from N.Z. are shown live on Friday nights, games from Australia and South Africa are shown delayed on Saturday mornings (usually around 9-10 am). Six Nations is live on Saturday mornings.
