Nitoglia misses Six Nations

Second shoulder operation for Italy wingItaly winger Ludovico Nitoglia has been ruled out of the 2007 Six Nations Championship after it was revealed he requires a second operation on his injured right shoulder.

Nitoglia, who plays with the Ghial Calvisano club and who has been one of Itlay's brightest prospects in the backs, went under the knife last July but it seems the problem has not been resolved.
Azzurri team bosses are now hoping further surgery will allow him to recover in time for the World Cup which gets underway in September, and add to his total of 17 caps to date.
